Why doesn't Poseidon's Power prevent Water Poisoning?

I do believe the title says it, why doesn’t the power of Poseidon, God of the Sea (and thus just about all water), prevent Water Poisoning? Or let players clear away waves and whirlpools? The Book of Athena quite literally says that his power is a fundamental part of eventually clearing away The Dark Sea, and yet it doesn’t even clear out an aspect of it that’s more annoying than anything?

Either that Poseidon’s Power only gives us magical/spiritual energy, but that’s the extent.

Or it’s the fact the Dark Sea is so magically polluted that even Poseidon’s power is too much… to wash off the water.

or all the gods are just frauds

AND that too.

They fraudulent

i guess the player just doesnt know how to use it

he gives you his wise soul not a toxic shield

his stupid wise soul should have a way of preventing water poisoning >:(

He’s basically asleep in a coma and can only awake for short times every long while like once every 100 years for about 10 seconds

Cool fun fact, can’t see how it relates to what I said, but cool fact nonetheless :ok_hand:

He can’t help out while in a coma this is like asking a sleeping blind person to pick which colour shirt is the best

It’s like asking a guy who lost his arms in a war to demonstrate how he would fight.

If we did indeed get his wise soul, what’s exactly stopping us from taking a peek into said wisdom? Lore?-

It’s lore, nevermind.

cause he’s napping.

He’s god of the sea (and earthquakes apparently), not the weather, that goes to Zeus

…whose descendant we coincidentally are. Combining the two gods’ powers should be enough to counter water poisoning

Wait but do we have Zeus’ soul?

No but mc are blood related

Pretty sure MC is blood related to Zeus, I mean lore wise we are a lightning SAVANT, with our spiritual relic being the eagle patrimony, And eagle is directly related to Zeus, so is lightning.

Even if Poseidon’s power could prevent water poisoning, in-game it wouldn’t because the Dark Sea has got to be dangerous somehow.
