You misunderstand my gripe lol. It’s NOT a language, it’s literally a word-for-word transliteration of English words with made-up symbols that correspond exactly with existing English letters.
Putting it simply, to say “I am a boy”, you would say “I am a boy” but with different letters. Calling it a language would be like calling a letter substitution cipher a different language.
Sorry for probably the biggest bump of forum history, but the Create a Magic Trello refers to it as the Promethean Language.

Nah Vietnamese use pretty much the same alphabet as English, except we have some such as a, ă, â and á à and stuffs ( as far as i know, im not that good even in my language lmao )
