Why isn't the game letting me modify the vindicator's skills?!

I’m trying to apply raging impact and skull crusher onto my vindicator but the game isn’t saying it’s compatible.

Who the hell asks their weapons nicely? I prefer coercion.

I have a few cases of blunt force trauma and lacerations but don’t worry, it all worked out in the end :+1: (disarm it)
