probably because it means savant could get that damage reduction from vitality dodge reflex while not having damage reduction from investing in vitality

As long as you have at least 33 points in a category you get the reflex.
savants could have basically no investment in vitality but still get objectively the best dodge reflex

Goes as far as a burst reflex, gives damage resistance, can become instant with enough agility.

Who knows, maybe Vetex won’t be reminded about vitality existense until the end of Nimbus sea, it is coming splitted in a couple of versions, maybe in first part we will see no vitality stuff
damage reduction reflex from savants now requires vitality investment, a magic with barriers (the solids plus magma sand and snow) or iron leg for iron arms (80 str)
not all is lost, iron arms is pretty stinking good as a reflex
I guess barriers will become better later bc now they are the worst dodge. Iron arms indeed gud, but they still not that good as ekrix + you sadly need to learn Ileg for this
Iron arms isn’t really helpful to use with iron leg because of how slot it is
I prefer the vitality dodge due to how it sounds… oof I guess I have to stick with weapon dodge now.
Now I have a question: can you still select the vit dodge even if you’re not a vit build if you have significant points in vit?
