1. update 2 is coming which introduces more rare techniques and spells which means that Axe slash(technique) and pulsar(spell) are technically rarer to get because of more rarer because of more rare techniques and spells being added in update 2 which means that you would have lower chances to get Axe slash(technique) and pulsar(spell) because of the new techniques and spells being added. Usually you would have a 50% chance to get Axe slash(technique) and pulsar(spell) but in update 2 just like what I stated earlier you would have lower chances to get it because of the new spells and techniques being added in update 2

2. Nimbus sea update. With update 3 coming there is a 99 percent chance that the level cap is going to be increased. Due to the new level cap increase there will be more hybrid builds wanting rare spells and techniques because they did not have the opportunity to use it in the past 2 updates which means more demand for rare techniques and spells.
