my PC will be able to run 60+ consistent fps easily but my wifi is actually so bad i usually cant get below 400 ping

Unfortunately i’ve been getting random blue-screen errors that happen mid-game due to a hardware problem. It has like a 3/10 chance of happening. Hope I can get it fixed before AO drops, but even if I don’t, it won’t kill the game for me

using a 1080 ti i was able to reach 21 fps
Is it a yes since I don’t have a pc or a no? My pc can’t be too slow for the game if I don’t own one, but it can’t be fast enough if I don’t as well. This creates a paradox where both answers are wrong but also right, and due to the fact that it’s a yes or no question then I can’t conjure a response that would be befitting of the situation at hand.
