There will be sharks.
Small extra deadly sharks.
Big extra deadly sharks.

That is all we know of for now.
However, with 4 classes of sea monsters, each of which will probably have more than 1 enemy.
I really doubt they’ll ALL be sharks (not on release though, that’ll probably be sharks).

  • pirates, hostile island npcs, and grand navy that use a variety of weapons, magics, and very likely a variety of fighting styles
  • regular sharks (like 4 or 5 different ones), whirlpool sharks, poison jaws, white eyes
  • bosses (iris, lightning/bow guy in cirrus, more before release)
  • legendary pirate ships
  • enemy structures (shore and sea based) planned in trello

i think there should be 1 or 2 more categories before release, but theres already a bit covered here. lmk if i missed anything

Great points alot of npcs and hostile mobs actually but i was talking about sea creatures :smiley: .

maybe whales can be readded from aa and could occasionally wreck your ship by jumping on top of it, or yknow actual monsters

i like the idea of whales jumping onto your ship damaging you but i’ve always wondered if magic mutated creatures exist in the dark sea since yk we don’t know exactly where that’s from.

  • sea monsters (2 exist already)
  • pirate ships
  • legendary ships
  • bosses in or on the sea surface (similar to the kraken)

theres def gonna be more tho so just keep checking the trello often

we have known about these monsters for 6 years dawg posion jaws is just a recolored shark that does posion damage no offense :fr:

its super fast and can drop a poison dagger but yea kinda true
idk if white eyes actually does something special that a megalodon doesnt
