Here’s a small little project I’ve been working and honestly it turned out ok.
I drew the wind blast as scribbles since I have no idea how else I’d draw it. As for the hands they definitely need work. As well as my anatomy.

You should look at some references for your art. I enjoy drawing fire and heavily take inspiration from Avatar fire bending.
If you want tips for drawing wind, the first picture is one of mine. I create the shape and lower the opacity. However, Rlka drew her wind solid in her representation series. From these two references, you could assume that when you’re drawing wind, the shape of it should be curved and flow freely.
Similarities: Writing in cursive
Also, don’t worry about exactly copying something. We all have our own style.
