Cooldowns that I wouldnât consider long cooldowns are cooldowns that donât force you to do other things until you can use the move again
I think you can spam most of spells except ultimate art
ok maybe blast, smash and beam, but with self explosion, grabs, shot, aura and crash, on my main file, I can use those moves, then t jump and land down back down, and the cooldown is still going.
You hight jump just to do 1 instant move?
Iâm saying the cooldowns for those moves are so long that I can do other actions and so can my opponent, while Iâm still waiting for the cooldown to end
Technically you can do laps around him during it
also i forgot to mention that beams are bugged rn (damage is based on how long the beam was active FOR SOME REASON)
i cant patch it although i got a few solutions/ideas
- raycast shower (summon a shitton of raycasts and detect if they hit each tick)
- the beam wont actually do the damage (the beam will only set an âIsHitâ variable to true or something and another script handles the damage)
- can only hit if this frame (the damage part of the script will only proc/happen during a certain timeframe)
NOTE (especially important for #3):
the bugged damage is because of what i call âlingering functionâ
the beam script works by repeating a function. that function handles the beam positioning/orientation/size and the damage part. even though the repositioning part of the function is done, the damage part still âlingersâ.
option 3 works but is buggy if not hitting anything
i might make it so you can run 2 elements at once
If you could have 2 elements at once (but only 80% damage/90% size), would you? If yes, what elements?
i would go lightning + water or lightning + fauna
i like lightning because of its high damage, the fact itâs good for pros (good aim required but good reward), and the stun but it lacks shield. i went fauna or water for the shield. i like faunaâs lifesteal and waterâs slowness (haha stun build).
if having two lowers the effectiveness of the first then iâd probably just use fauna, but if i chose a second iâd use water

That depends. If youâre using lightning, and hitting somebody with a continuous attack like beam or cone, do they just keep getting stunned?
i could but i wont for now for these reasons:
- the game is buggy rn
- the code is somewhat shit rn (but not as shit as one of my other game, Random Roleplay World)
- privacy(?) (its like leaking the source code of your game, also this is a minor reason)
would the range of cone be affected by speed? Would the range of pillar be affected by size?
