The wizards used the holographic map from the dead Scout to find the Primary Marauder base.
“We’re almost there!”
Sven yelled while piloting.
Charles and James, both the oldest in the group looked extremely worried.
“What’s it with them?”
Mike looked at Derrick.
“Ever since they were children, they had been adopted by Zackary and trained under his arms, i suppose it’s just sentimental for them.”
Derrick spoke.
Charles got off his seat and spoke.
“We cannot just be barging through the doors, we must split up…”
Charles planned.
“Ryan, Derrick and Mike, you’ll be going with me at the entrance.”
Charles pointed towards them.
“Sarah, James and Leon, you’ll go onto the top of the building and attack them from there.”
Charles concluded.
“And what about me?”
Sven smirked.
“You can park on top of the building and stay there until we finished.”
James laughed.
“Seriously?!”
Sven bitterly replied.
“You have the most important job, without you, we won’t be able to rescue Zackary.”
James informed him.
Sven continued flying towards the Primary Headquarters for many hours as the others would either play a Hologram-Uno or just sit there.
-Meanwhile-
Denzel placed his dagger onto the table and looked at the wounded Zackary.
“Please…i can still save you from the Marauders!”
Zackary looked at his former-apprentice, bloodied and dying.
“…I’m doing the same.”
Denzel spoke.
“Look, i- i’m on nobodies team here, i want nothing more than to be free of the Marauder’s control and end the wizards!”
Denzel yelled.
“The Wizards are innocent!”
Zackary replied.
“The humans will never let us live a good life, accept it, years upon years of being hunted, do you honestly think even if i destroy the Marauders, another group of murderers won’t arise and kill us all?!”
Derrick threw the table into a wall in a fit of anger.
“Just have…f- faint in them.”
Zackary’s voice grew fainter.
“…Why?”
Derrick interrupted the silence.
“Why did you leave me to get captured by the Marauders?”
Derrick finished.
“I know, it was a…f- FUCKING bad idea of me to do that, each night, i cried in bed after losing you!”
Zackary teared up.
“Nightmares…of me losing you, over and over, for each night…i couldn’t save you then…so let me save you now…”
Zackary finished.
“…”
Denzel was speechless.
He stood there thinking for a while, both stunned and put off guard as such a humble and old person like Zackary swore.
Denzel flicked the switch on the control panel and Zackary fell face-first onto the floor.
“I’m still going to hunt wizards…just not now, we must leave!”
Denzel helped Zackary off the floor.
Just then, a loud bang opened the door as Lucy and several Wardens entered the room.
“I should have removed your brain when i resurrected you…”
Lucy smiled.
“Kill them!”
She commanded the Wardens.
Two of them leaped towards Denzel.
“Shadow Clone!”
Denzel summoned eight other shadowy figures.
Denzel blocked and grabbed one of the Wardens and threw him onto the floor, smashing his spine.
However, the other Warden punched Denzel across the room, damaging his mask-face.
“Shadow Clone: Assault!”
Denzel lifted his hand towards the clones.
All of the clones attacked the Wardens, punching and throwing them around the room as Denzel sprinted towards Lucy.
“Inferno Fire!”
Lucy yelled as blue-flames burnt Denzel, sending him flying backwards
“GAUH!”
Denzel fell onto his back.
Lucy leaped into the air and slammed back down onto the floor, when she crushed Denzel, he evaporated.
“Huh?”
Lucy tilted her head.
Denzel charged behind Lucy and kicked her at the side of her head, causing her to slam onto the floor.
Both got up immediately and pulled out their magically enhanced weapons and lunged at each other.
-Meanwhile-
Sven landed on the floor as Team A (Charles, Ryan, Derrick and Mike) began blasting the guards in front of the building.
“Earth Boulder!”
Mike hurled a large block of rock at the door, creating an opening.
“See you at the top!”
Sven spoke through a radio.
Sven flew Team B on top of the roof and parked there.
Leon, Sarah and James went off the roof and searched for an entrance.
James separated from the group as he searched around.
Leon stared at Sarah for a little while until she’d look at Leon as he turned away.
“What is it?”
Sarah spoke.
“Erm, nothing, i’m just- well, worried.”
Leon’s eyes looked away from her.
“About who?”
Sarah tilted Leon’s face towards her.
Leon immediately began blushing and walked away.
“Leon, Sarah, i need help with this door!”
James yelled.
All three began breaking down the door with gunshots and magic.
“Almost there!”
James tried shattering the door with ice.
“WIZARDS!~”
A loud gargled scream could be heard on the other side of the door.
“Did you say something, Leon-”
James flew through the air as the door slammed open.
A large, mutated version of the Ripper who stood around 13 feet tall looked at both Leon and Sarah.
“NARUGH!”
The creature’s large meaty hand grabbed Sarah.
“Get the fuck off her!”
Leon yelled as he pointed rounds of explosions at the Ripper.
“Don’t, you’ll hit me as well!”
Sarah screamed.
“I got this, trust me!”
Leon yelled!
Leon focused and fired, the explosion hit the Ripper’s head completely obliterating it and fell onto the floor, letting go of Sarah.
“Well, shit!”
Sven said surprised.
“GLEAUGH!”
Another head mutated from the Creature’s body and slammed Leon and Sarah backwards into a wall.
“Son of a…”
James got off the floor and looked at the Monster.
Both of them looked at each other, the Ripper mutated boney claws, and James’s arms grew frost-shards off his fingers.
