As a mage I want to invest 20 stats into weapons so I can get the most basic skills, but the game wont let me unless I go savant or conj which is complete ass for no reason
Kind of
Right after the game opened for early access there were people awakened as mages then put points into weapons for nonvertical mobility and a better grab than snare. Basically a better monjurer so it was fixed a short while later
mobility back then used to be busted for multiple reasons its fine now
yes. if you are a mage you are supposed to play solely magic and that is it
im not just a mage im a mage with 20 points invested into weapons
Agreed however I think you should have to invest into weapons depending on the amount of points the highest skill on it requires: so for example you’d need to invest 50 them you could use old weapons. That way it’s an actual sacrifice.
And if this is gonna be implemented, you should have only have weapons slots corresponding to the amount you have in Weapons as a non-Weapons class: 50 lets you carry one weapon, 100 lets you carry two…
All weapons damage and effectiveness would have to be reduced, including shield blocking power.
That is all chat
I would say about the same thing for every other class.
give me freedom
give me fire
give me the ability to go 60 weapons 220 magic so i can be an old weapon using conjurer with pulsar and shapes
or i retire
Hell how about more points than that lets you do special magic stuff with your weapons like imbuing them? Oh wait…
240 req
bruh
what skills are you wanting? mage can use vitality rn so maybe you could use spirit weaspons skills
I want my character to use physical weapons for the looks, and also mirrowed river for mobility and the slam hammer move
