Ghost Clashing/Phase-through Clashing

Basically, it makes attacks unable to be destroyed by clashing but in exchange, the attack can’t destroy anything by clash.

I think it seems balanced. Also, i remember that in wom, oathkeeper sword slashes used to destroy everything in a clash before they got nerfed to phase through other projectiles instead

Vetex realized it was a non-magic upscale and had to change it immediately
