Would yall be interested in playing arcane adventures again but bit different than AA

hi, im planning on making a arcane adventures but with better graphics, animations, design, etc
since im pretty much starting into game dev i would like to hear everyones tips and etc, while i make progress i will be learning more and more on each field and if anyone is interested in contributing (doubt it) with scripts and designs i would be extremely happy to have some help. i dont plan on making any money off of this but i will add custom animations, donations and some kind of better customization options like deepwoken has with their hairs

i dont know how long it will take me to learn everything from scratch but i hope that things goes well

also the reason im wanting to make this its cuz i was listening to music while at work and got motivated and wanted to do something new and big with my life

how good is the gameplay tho? I dont really care about animations/graphics… if you use r6 or not, hows the gameplay going down?

havent started it yet but i plan on making better than AA ofc lol and try to make a harder ai than AO

thats the main goal but ofc with some AA feel

i cried when arcane legacy got discontinued
save us from the AR plague!

How do you plan to continue the story past the original stopping point?

whats better than AA tho? whats your plan on mechanics? is it purely magic like AA or are you going to make a spin on AO’s systems aswell?

Being like Arcane Reborn is just how these things go I guess.

Well, as long as you can keep a coherent storyline instead of just throwing in random plotpoints as gameplay.

I don’t have faith in a lot of Roblox games so the plot point thing works well enough in the medium it’s in.

I mean I didn’t find AR’s plot progression that bad or anything anyways.

Without cutscenes sure. But with, you beat Rupin and you have Trigno popping up despite being a completely optional encounter, and Angel who you just beat up.

Cutscenes in optional content seems like a good thing. It shows good attention to detail.

It’s like how in Fallout New Vegas there’s tons of story content in places you can easily miss. I played it like tens of times and still didn’t do everything.

rupin wasn’t always optional.

I mean, I don’t really think it matters that he was or wasn’t optional in the last.

I still think having side quests with main quest level standards of quality should be encouraged.

Trigno and Angel had no connection to the player beyond one encounter each! Why did they show up?
