Woven Together REMASTERED

One’s a curiosity. Two’s a conspiracy.

Let’s hope I don’t get grounded this time.

Heck yeah, we’re returning to Wevaria for another run! In this game, you’re in the 5% of the population known as Weavers, who have enough Fabric, an energy in every Wevarian’s soul, to use it as strange magic powers called Weavings. You are a Weaver from one of the 24 Outer Provinces who is about to be collected by the Lexicon to go to the School of Weavers, a massive academy bordering the five Inner Provinces, or Capital Zones.

You have two weeks to create a character. All I’m going to need from you is your character’s name, gender, age (anywhere from 13-20), one first-tier Weaving, your home province, and your Weaver’s Needle. “But Syk, what is all that?” you ask. Give me chance!

Your home province is one of the 24 Outer Provinces. Their names are simple - First Province, Second Province, Third Province, et cetera, all the way up to Twenty-Fourth Province.

Your first-tier Weaving can be ONE of these five.

Waterweaving
Aggression: 40
Protection: 30
Mobility: 50
Support: 80

Windweaving
Aggression: 50
Protection: 20
Mobility: 90
Support: 40

Flameweaving
Aggression: 90
Protection: 20
Mobility; 50
Support: 40

Punchweaving
Aggression: 80
Protection: 40
Mobility: 30
Support: 50

Magicweaving
Aggression: 60
Protection: 40
Mobility: 30
Support: 70

Your Weaver’s Needle is a normal belonging of your choice, which you can give a random bonus effect it will get later on in the game when it becomes a conduit for your Fabric. Don’t be too OP. IT MUST BE AN ITEM THAT WOULD BE ALLOWED IN A SCHOOL.

Any other info about your character is welcomed but not mandatory.

To simplify, the template is:

Name:
Gender:
Age:
Province:
Weaving:
Needle (with effect):

During the game, there will be a feature known as a Seamspeak. This is a deal you can make with a great deity called the Absolute Seamstress where you can get a permanent buff or ability of your choice (no extra Weavings) but you must make a sacrifice. This sacrifice must permanently debuff you in some way. Don’t be too OP. Seamspeaks only allowed after Needle activation.

The campaign will begin on December 19th. Also, join the Discord if you want: Discord

All incomplete character profiles will be discarded when the game starts.

Raise your hands up to heaven…
Speak so loud your throat achens…
Our final test: true damnation…
Stalking those who roam this land…
Weep your tears, your will strengthens…
Crush their palms with your fate and…
Stain your hands with their tears, oh…
Spill their blood on these sands…

Your two weeks to make a character begin now.

where metalweaving :pensive:

There’s similar stuff a bit higher up

how do I acquire it I must know

original players know a few tricks. otherwise you’ll have to find out yourself

by which i mean wait for me to reveal the primary way of getting new weavings on like day 2 of the campaign

you nearly scared me with that water stats again

i made sure all the stats have equal totals to ensure balance

its 200 btw

so can I just post a character here

yes, just follow the template

i just edited the topic to simplify it a bit

billy Ray Joe
(those who know)

male

16

flame weaving (we going glass cannon with this one)

13th province

Ring magnet

forgot to specify i need the needle’s bonus effect

I’m gonna be honest when I thought of that I was gonna come up with the bonus effect later :sob:

what sorts of effects can I have that would work, I’m completely new to this

just pick any old effect and itll probs be fine, if not itll be bc its too op and ill let you know if thats the case

im not worried about it being too op im wondering what things are there to effect specially

it could be a stat boost, a mild special ability, etc

the stats are aggression, protection, mobility and support. very easy to figure out what they all affect

I wonder if I should make an all support build which ight be op guh

alright how about I can put it in place and let it hover, but still be able to control it from a distance, 30 feet away maximum.
