stil pretty new to it, but there’s an animation feature on IbisX which is actually pretty relatively simple like flipaclip (except im more familiar with how to colour/line stuff on Ibis)

bad news is that the animation sizes are set to pretty small (600 x 600) unless you buy premium

I’ve heard flipaclip is relatively easy to use, I dunno if PC can install it tho

wholly possible with maybe an android emulator, otherwise not sure of the other methods

flipaclip is pretty simple to use! only thing im not a big fan of is its limited selection of good pens imo, but that’s it
