It’s pretty interesting
Are you stupid? Surely this won’t affect me! I’m way too important to be affected!
huhh i thought this was anti-AI but he tells you to how to use AI as a tool instead
i am so sick of ai bro ![]()
guess someone wished for everyone to have their job done for them…
… this is what happens when you wish for a thing you didnt thought might have consequences
(too long; didnt read; white backround MY EYEES the “Something Big is Happening”):
_That note says about how AI is rapidly advances into becoming so powerful it just becomes part of your life from now on and replacing most of non-physical jobs, thus it’s recommended to start using it, specifically paid versions of AI models mentioned in said note as free versions don’t provide with newest model.
More aware you are, the better, more you know, the butter better.
_That note is written by a guy that used it in practice, proven it in practice, actually seen how it affects industry, and etc. etc.
im feeling dizzy
“@grok summarize this”
Anyways idk how much I’d trust advice about using premium, paid-for AI models coming from a dude that works on said models
Better to just host the AI yourself than pay a corpo. Might be a hassle, sure, but its yours and yours only
As for hosting AI yourself, is only feasible if you have the personal resources to do so. Takes a lot of computing power to make those things work, so it’s a lot more economical to just pay a subscription instead.
But honestly what that article says is really right; it is the paid AI tools that truly make the good stuff. It’s a barrier of entry that not everyone is willing to invest into due to the bad things they hear about AI, even if it’s only like $20 a month.
Honestly reading more and more of the article everything seems to align with how I’ve also been using AI as well. It’s true.
Software engineering. This is the field I know best. A year ago, AI could barely write a few lines of code without errors. Now it writes hundreds of thousands of lines that work correctly. Large parts of the job are already automated: not just simple tasks, but complex, multi-day projects. There will be far fewer programming roles in a few years than there are today.
Speaking of this, I’ve actually been writing entire systems/refactors for my game with the help of paid AI and it’s honestly been WILD for doing this, from helping me flesh out what I actually intend for the design to writing out the refactors itself. Turns what would take a week of rigorous testing and debugging to a couple days or less.
And I’ve been using it for over 8 months, and it really has come far since then in terms of it actually making intelligent decisions.
meta when full release save super core zone
