I expect Cloud Magic to be very utilitarian rather than an offensive powerhouse. I could see it being unique by giving players the ability to create solid cloud platforms out of it, allowing our character to jump and walk on them, kinda how sky islands work. Or give it Sky Skate functionality, that would also be interesting.

Gosh, I’ve literally had dreams about Cloud Magic. In my dream, the size and amount that you chose for your Cloud blast spells would determine how they acted. Large Cloud blasts would leave fog around which obstructs vision and made people soaked. Medium Cloud blasts would be much slower and would leave a small solid cloud floating in the air after a few seconds. Small Cloud blasts would be fast and sharp (I don’t know why, it was a dream, dream logic).

Yeah, when I think Apocalypse, I don’t think of Chaos Energy but as a magic, I think of fiery explosions, at least for a tangible type of Apocalypse.
