It appears I missed this part because they didn’t post it on the discord anywhere
(basically, the itemized chests are not forgotten with the nimbus sea chest buffs, and silver and gold chests are getting loot rarity buffs)
unfortunately, it was caused by the aristocracys greed

I don’t agree with making items like sunkens be able to be modified, modifiers rn work as a way to make non boss drops n stuff somewhat more viable, Atlantean doesn’t count because it costs insanity and isn’t literally just free stats
