Making it an essay is the only way we can get away with it without the mods saying “nuh uh this has been suggested before”

Modifiers are incredibly painful overall (cough cough the items without stats getting all the modifiers) and i feel like additionaly limiting modifications to only items that have stats would further improve treasure chart collecting as that then ensures we don’t get items with modifiers we do not need :3

btw this shouldn’t work on certain items (such as sunken/lost sets) imo
Yeah that’s in the suggestion 
maybe fix modifiers applying to skin too, it looks so bad sometimes and makes me not wanna use modified stuff for vanity
this is on topic because it discusses modifiers, so this is legally fair
