He comes from a test universe server back when Notoriety was first being added. In the first few days of its complete functionality, you could use the test universe stat interface in order to set your notoriety to ridiculous numbers, therefore spawning endgame-level grand navy characters.
Admiral Adkins was one of the captains of these ships spawned by spamming 9s into the notoriety stat. I’m interested which tester leaked the image though, since I’m the one who took it, and then only posted it in tester-exclusive chats. I can say that I have fought adkins (and lost).

So martin was also a result of these notoriety tests? Or was he a genuine bug in the dark sea
We’ve only seen him use crash(or smash I guess)
We got no idea about anything else but I’m pretty sure he also uses magic, we’ve just never seen it

Did you know that you can throw love potions at Sirens and itll actually be effective? Vetex actually kept that in for the memes

i actually don;t know what love potions do, i assume the mc isn’t just rizzing up random girls using colored water in glass and hitting them with it. (Vetex?)
Love potions prevents one from basically attacking you. These potions are usually used by those who dont wanna get attacked by hunters, just throw a potion and they wont be able to deal damage on you. If you were hit, you can remove the effect by drinking a love potion yourself if its the same or higher tier than the one used on you (unless the love potion is tier 5)
This can also effect PvE enemies (I could be wrong on that one, someone else correct me), but Vetex removed the effect from all Dark Sea enemies EXCEPT Sirens just for the lols. Mainly due to the implications of making a Siren fall in love with you (basically going Uno Reverse on them)
