trees are lawful or chaotic good
mushrooms are kinda complicated, mold would easily be a neutral evil, while something like enoki mushrooms (the tiny white strand things you see at the supermarket) or like oyster mushrooms are more neutral good.
last I checked neither mushrooms or trees are animals.

Arguably, the frog might be able to get away if it runs fast enough. Although, the spider probably would keep it deep inside its webs(assuming since its smart enough to keep a slave)
basically the frog kills the spiders enemies.
