Cursebeard would officially be the laziest world leader in all of Arcane.
I feel like they’d just be late, y’know. Running behind schedule except they have theos and pk in tow with the beardy pirates

Lancelot, huh?
From what I was told, he was not respectful of Arthur at all in the legends, even sleeping with his wife. We can probably assume he had inferno curse that drove him to betray Arthur.
But maybe before that he was an oracle, or a paladin… Or a… Cough cough… Knight?
Ok new theory the knights of the round table were all literal knights using spirit weapons alongside normal weapons.
Ruby Roger…
IS THE MAN WHO WILL BECOME THE KING OF PIRATES!!!
Warren is sleeping with your girl.
What if the Redmanes from Elden Ring (before Malenia’s nuke) decided “fuck the lands between” and went to go take control of the War Seas
what if cursebeard fought durza instead of theos
Either the fight goes somewhat similarly with Durza trying to nuke as a hail mary and things end up just about the same way, or Cursebeard kills him well before he can do that.
keller?
What if: King Calvus got a pipe bomb in his mailbox and died, leaving his wife and two children to the throne.
This already happens canonically (the pipe bomb walked out of the mines, in a sense)
What if curses were implemented into the game but it was like random treasure on an island so like basically each server has only one curse available so like server 1 has metal curse but server 2 has light curse of smth like that so like if the curse user leaves or dies the curse flies to a random island in the server and everyone gets notified of whoever gets the curse or if they die
Little bit of a different kind of what-if than what this post was about, but cool idea regardless.
What if Beringer was able to escape from the Order?
Same as it ever was, but the Player never got told about Sea Curses, and Warren didn’t lose his pal.
That, or we get told about them much later. I wonder if that would actually hinder us in the long run.
Are you forgetting beringer dying is the thing that started the actual plot in the first place
Otherwise we probably would’ve just stayed at cirrus until morden found us
Technically attempting to catch Beringer was the thing that caused everything, not his death.
I’m pretty sure beringer living implies the order troops sent to capture him not living
Warren meets up with beringer, says we are good to go, and we mess around with iris for the rest of cirrus island (and maybe neviro)
If Argos and Elius beat him, I’m sure they could have survived.
Well they aren’t gonna stick around
