My headcanons are:
Morden, Iris, MC love triangle
Neviro is eternal 3rd wheel
MC has Enizor and + Kenton as quartermasters
Enizor is an old grandpa, whom dotes on MC
Warren is probably always watching MC and gang secretly wants to join adventures, and is always protecting us from afar
Enizor and Kenton probably hang out and drink on the ship or something while the gang has adventures
Enizor is probably drinking tea and reading something while Kenton is actually (doing his job) being a quartermaster
Considering Enizor charges you for enchantments, I think he’s a cheapskate.
I feel like Kenton really likes fishing
Iris probably frequently accidentally sets fire to things
Neviro feels the most excluded out of the whole group
Elius is actually thankful for you keeping him alive (although imo I think he’s dead)
Morden is somewhere sitting in a corner listening to My Chemical Romance unironically
