My own suggestion
Navigator: in dark sea can predict any event like meteor fall and is able to see the exit to the dark sea and i will give it some waypoint ability
make explosion magic work underwater but it loses its heat effects n stuff and just acts as a shockwave

Backstory :
Ceasar was a Grand Navy Admiral for a couple of years. Unfortunately it was later discovered he was secretly working with Assasin Syndicate. Therefore he was exiled from the Navy. Shortly after he was exiled he found an ancient magic scroll that gave him the powers of The Darkflame magic.
Ceasar nowadays roams the seas with his legendary ship : The King of Darkness.

A normal blast attack that deals damage overtime.
Darkflame Rise
A placed pillar explosion that pushes you upwards and deals mediocre damage.
Torches Of Darkness
A double beam attack that has pretty big AOE. This move deals mediocre damage and low damage overtime.

A power type mode.

A multi blast attack wich consists of 50 blasts dealing mediocre damage and heavy damage overtime.
