13 looks like half cutted Black Long and Straight Hair.
Not quite, and I don’t think vetex would cut a hair mesh.
Most notably that one is missing the ponytail on 13 (which isn’t visible on the image)

Facial hair has been kind of elusive as I could only find maybe half on the catalog, this explains it. I guess some are custom meshes not on the catalog.
I don’t see anyone put Lord Elius set on the form, so maybe I could add some

I just want to remind you to double check if the item is in the document already before you add them, I’m fairly sure I already had a monocle in there
looking at it again, I don’t see monocle when editing, so I guess adding it won’t hurt
