Arcane Abyss Sea, the Atlantean Infection AU

this is unironically such a better idea for removing the magic pollution from dark sea bear meat than just “cooking kills it” like vetex said

Humanoid Abyss Hunter… :open_mouth:

This one’s kind of a reach Ngl

One could say
A far reach

Okay I’ll see myself out

I don’t know if anyone else has said this but I think that there would be new organizations or cults in other words that would worship the Atlanteans and fight by there side, bringing in more conflict to the abyssal seas.

Pretty sure someone already did one of that

I know someone in their abyss sea made Ambanes (epicenter sailor lodge dude) basically a cult leader for the atlanteans, it was pretty cool

People making more stuff over specific characters because it’s all canon so other people can’t ‘modify’ it anymore:

Did I cook, or am I cooked…
Draft btw

Oh there are certainly things going on here

Well it’s certainly better than what I can do

Hey question what class is ambanes supposed to be (I’m writing something I swear)

Oracle or some other vitality class, considering the other pure class representatives there though I’m pretty sure he’s not a hybrid

(His staff is confirmed to be a spirit weapon)

Yeah so is he vitality or mage

Vitality

absolutely no idea, he does have a staff tho so maybe some kind of weapons class if he uses it in combat

now i wish there was an arcane odyssey spinoff game where you survived as a castaway on an island in the dark sea or somewhere else and had to survive and build shelter and collect fresh water and food and

close enough

4 bars (along with traditional hp bar)
Food, water, infection, sanity

Food and water depletes naturally, things like Atlantean flesh and toxic seawater will fill it, but not curing/boiling it won’t get you far, upon reaching 0%, your hp starts depleting at a decent rate

Infection bar starts at zero but is incredibly easy to fill and quite difficult to get rid of, once it reaches 100%, your hp starts rapidly decreasing, things like eating golden petal-seasoned Atlantean flesh won’t fill it, but if you don’t cure the meat it will. It will also fill up when getting attacked or exposure to the rain for extended periods of time

Sanity is the most difficult to change, start at 100% like any other, but naturally surviving can decrease it, certain choices will also either decrease or increase the bar. Once it gets to 0%, you die instantly

Yada yada insert more stuff it’s 10 to 1 in the morning rn imma go sleep bye
