Also, about this. Good time to discuss something I couldn’t find an opportunity to mention till now.
Remember when people were writing their OCs’ stories years before? I used to do that too, but it was interrupted by my, uhh… departure.
I still keep everything that I wrote in my notes, even more - I have entire parts already created, and their volume is larger than what I had time to post. Somebody did try to come up with some ending to my three guys’ tale, and I think we can just declare all that non-canon.
A lot has changed, and those three aren’t relevant anymore, I’m fine abandoning that plot.
Now, the question: do I start the next story from Siren Queen’s perspective as the chosen one, or do I start the story of my now-only OC, instead of the past 3?
I know many do not care, but at least some response would be nice

In most versions of the myth, Zeus wasn’t actually disguised as her, but then it’s just “Zeus jumps a random woman again, and it gets old after the hundredth time.

Don’t think Ormolu would have any of the same side effects? They are isolated inside the step stones & already insane anyways, and since they are now permanently in crystal form, don’t think they could be infected by any atlanteans that might manage to get close if they find the entrance with the swarm of atlanteans that are also trying to reach the sky island
Maybe the reason the atlanteans never reach the sky island is because they are actively sensing Ormolu and attempting/failing to find the entrance
whenever they do manage to kill Ormolu, the Atlantean swarm around the stepstones could start to surge upward and overwhelm whatever defense is at the peak of the step stones.
might need to destroy the bridge and completely block access to anything that cannot fly if it gets to that point
