They say battle is for men, a bloody affair
Where terror and horror and death draw near
Where blades carve silver arcs through the air,
And men die for their pride, saying “We lack fear”
Yet they do not know, the battles I face
The wars I have waged, the violence I have embraced
The men I have slaughtered
Having driven them to their knees,
Begging for mercy, in cries and pleads
Battle is for all
No matter great or small
For those who wish to swing their swords
And dance until they fall
For we all die one day
Whether with others or alone
So I shall die on that field of battle
For they say it’s best to die in ones home
This was random. Tell me if you know a way I can improve.
