Arcane reborn is a game with many strengths but many weaknesses as well, which is what puts many people off from the game. I’ll be discussing these with as little bias as possible and why they are good or detrimental to the game.
STRENGTHS:
Summary
PvE - One of the things arcane reborn does well is PvE with many enemies and bosses to fight as well as drops from said enemies and bosses. The bosses in particular are mostly well designed and feel like its your fault when dying to them instead of the game’s fault.
Weapon design (excluding legendaries) -
Most of the weapons in arcane reborn are designed in good ways, with balanced effects and ways to counter-play them. This offers a ton of variety and flexibility in PvP, as you can make just about any weapon work.
Graphics/building - The graphics in arcane reborn are superb and the building style is great, it makes locations more memorable and nice to revisit.
Content - There is an insane amount of content in arcane reborn, with tons of islands, weapons, armor, enemies, etc.
Cons:
Summary
PvP - While PvP is mostly flexible, theres an undeniable meta that is hard to go against unless using meta weapons, as well as legendary weapons (which we will get to soon)
The community - Arcane reborn has… an unwelcoming community to say the slightest.
extreme toxicity and elitism.
Legendary charts/weapons - Perhaps the most flawed part of arcane reborn. Legendary charts are
an extremely rare occurrence and are announced to everyone. this by itself is already a problem but it also tells everyone your location each minute for them to hunt you down while you solve a riddle and find the chest, which just isn’t fair in the slightest. The legendary weapons though, are even worse. These things ruin the PvP experience when fighting anyone with one. They have extremely high damage and high aoe attacks that require no skill and are just braindead spammable.
This means they are extremely unfair to anyone having to fight people with them.
overall the flaws of arcane reborn may outweigh the pros for some, which is completely understandable, but it undoubtedly has many strengths.
