Are Wotan and his sons the only curse users in Keraxe?

Do y’all think the number of curse users in Keraxe stops with Wotan’s family or do y’all think there’s more outside of that?

probably, that’s already 5 curses

what sock said
curses are already rare enough

The fact that morden alone gives half a star of “curse power” to the kingdom of sameria when the war starts while having what is implied to be an extremely powerful curse implies that at some point there will be a kingdom with 10 curses or more.

Granted, Morden is an inexperienced Curse user. So he probably edges out Julian just barely, since right now he’s being carried by his Curse’s power. I suspect once he masters it he’ll be worth a full star or maybe a star and a half. Since the Death Curse is described of being able to shift the tides of the War Seas.

the cloud and glass curse together are worth 2 stars, i imagine something like the death curse would be worth far more than both of them combined

Imagine if someone tried to replicate Cursebeard’s great trick and absorb both - Death and Lazarus curses (rip Freedrock). After some deaths (with doubled power) this user would have been able to kill anyone with ease, cuz death curse kills anyone who is weaker than its user.

ranking curses by their element isn’t really a good way to judge them though since any curse can become very powerful, and if experience can play a role in the amount of stars a curse gives then the cloud curse being factored into ravenna’s ranking is dubious

Did Freedrock die?

so far he should still be alive

where did you even get this info

I actually remember that being stated somewhere too… idk if it was the Curse or the Magic. I dont remember where I heard it from either.

Wait, Freedrock is dead? When did that happen?

Is it possible? Like, maybe? But at most its like some a single trusted lieutenant of Wotan that isnt his sons.

think this is only talking about if someone was to absorb the curses in theory

Yeah, pretty sure Wotan only got his sons curses so he wouldn’t have to suffer the typical consequences of being immortal, because who would want to lose all of their sons one by one? (This is my headcanon)

I love that, Wotan secretly having huge care for his family. Maybe he wants his kingdom to prosper so badly for his sons’ sake?

No he didn’t, I am talking about theoritical possibilities of creating such curse user.

Wotan’s just a big bad Viking mob boss doin it all for the family.

yeah its sourced on the citation area of the wiki-page for Curses

oh im fucking blind
