Tbh, I don’t understand the point of Reminders anymore.
It’s a like farm for the quickest person to spot a trello update
Discussion of trello patches is not allowed beyond a single reply. Even if you make a new topic for discussion, what’s the point of the original reminders? This is also a hassle for mods to maintain.
You can check the trello as easily as the forums (if not, you can just bookmark the page). Bots in discord do better in reminding people of updates and putting the topic on watch won’t just remind you of updates, it includes replies you can’t even discuss there.

this post is not helping, and in fact actively making your case worse. if you wanted to come back, then take a few months away and come back after you think you’ve matured enough, or if you think you’ve already matured, then to simply wait a bit. making an entire post about this just shows to me at least you haven’t matured much.

eh, it’s a gathering of all AO announcements and trello changes, somewhat useful for folks who don’t constantly check the trello and will miss a new patch log without it or someone who doesn’t look at twitter/vetcord and misses a new leak
Like I said, you can just as easily find the trello as the reminders topic (unless it doesn’t appear on google for some reason, even then, the AO wiki has the link to it and does appear on search). Neither has notifications for specifically changes, too. If they really wanted it to be a reminder topic where the watching setting actually displayed only what was necessary (so it notifies people of updates), it would be locked and pinned so only mods can do anything there.
Probably the best use of the topic is just a collection of info not posted on the trello, considering both are easily accessible. Although, people create topics for those already and we’re allowed to discuss in those topics

I think this topic gave me answers about what people think about me. Now I am exiting out of this alt, and return to this topic after some time. And please, remove that one message from my Walter Marshall’s journals. I know it is written perfectly, but it leads to a nonexistent topic and does not suit my journals in all. One day, I will return to writing these journals, I even have some parts written already
