And alot of people are harsh because they were probably victims of the catgirl topic derail incident.
Tbh, I saw some of those messages and sort of got second-hand embarrassment from reading some of them. It was funny at first, but I saw it was starting to get out of line…
Also, reading others’ messages, Biologlol apparently did a “dark humor” joke that wasnt exactly acceptable, which was what got them banned in the first place. I couldnt see the og message it seems, so I couldnt form a genuine opinion on that.
Biologlol just seems like the person who likes to do humor and be funny, but just isnt aware of the point in which it isnt right anymore. This is the reason why my humor here is very tame and a lot more restrained, because I dont wanna cross that line accidently, oof.
I am not reading the entire thing, call me lazy, but from the way people were mad up top it sounder sounded like he did something a lot worse.
indeed, my forums’s humor is different compared to my discord humor (but you can kinda see somewhat of my discord humor on long threads i make), just so i wouldn’t cross the line.
But i don’t think his humor wasn’t up to Forums standards, i suppose.
he derailed the catgirl topic, derailed several other topics, made a graveyard, and posted a dark humor joke that isn’t even forum-appropriate to begin with, here’s the recap.
Yknow, I am new here… But it does seem like theres a lot of unecessary going to Bio here. Like its just a forum where we chill… And sure I suppoee this man did a few things but it kinds seems ridcoulous to me!

Wouldn’t have unbanned them anyways. The lowtiergod meme wasn’t even the main reason they were banned it was just the final straw and the mod chat wanted to do something about it if I believe right, and knowing how he talks it was seen as unironic.
The ban was worded badly but basically they contributed nothing to the community except derailing like 10 different topics, talking about vitality like some sort of cult member and trying to insert it into every conversation, insulting other people, literally threatened to derail reminders for AO, made a big deal out of mod action, is generally extremely immature, has already been punished a few times and nothing changed, etc.
If another mod wants to unban them, whatever. If they stay the same way and keep doing that shit, I will just ban them again.
Updates are posted on Vetex’s twitter, the AO twitter, sometimes just in Vetcord general chat, sometimes just forums, and trello. There’s a lot of places new material can get posted, some more obscure than others. If Reminders for AO held such little value, why would it have four different topics just from how popular it was? All the rules were doing, which were generally agreed upon with other mods, were making it easier for the topic to be used for this purpose instead of being flooded with random stuff and discussion. I have nothing against the Nimbus Sea discussion thread and I think it’s a good thing. Additionally I found it very useful when writing TOF.
