Simple.
Mimhere(the guy) is(or at least is probally) a fan of WoM, as fact that he is a lvl 10k in the current game. And also by the fact that neither Magius and Mimhere island is real, it could be a joke about it. Plus, Blackreach island is a direct reference to Magius, and in one of Tobi’s(he built the island) post (This one), in one of the images Mimhere’s logo/pfp is there(the one beneath).
