That would be weird not gonna lie, and if it is, it definitely shouldnāt take that long.
From all the research iāve done no amount of disease or effect can change that, all disease at stage 4 makes both of your arms normal color, while the rest changes, most likely intentional since we might get further stages in the future and less likely to be a bug
