It would be hard to make graphics with this kind of thing? maybe he should just make cannonballs filled with them, that take a cut of initial damage and then slowly burn the ship.

Couldn’t you just make them harder to destroy than buildings?

Then make them more sturdy or something, so they take less destruction damage, like, a lot less.

They should have more health considering we’ll be very strong.

Here’s an idea. A ship’s health is it’s “armor” and when it goes down to zero, it doesn’t sink the ship: instead, it makes the ship able to be damaged and destroyed by magic.

Lightning gets stopped by water, not sure about explosion.
