They’re also not immortal or anything, if you shot them with a gun they’d still bleed and probably die since the Absorption Curse doesn’t work like other curses (in the sense that you can turn into the element to dodge things or travel) it just gives the power to absorb things instead

No mention of the term external curse here, but at the very least Vetex says that the absorption curse is different from elemental curses. And yeah I think durza still does turn into a raw magic energy spirit, but that’s cause Hades taught him how to do that rather than the absorption curse
