Hey there! This suggestion will be a bit of a different one. This is a collection of some ideas I had for additions to clan building. They can be read wholly separately and in any order, but due to their individual lengths, I will not be adding a TL:DR, nor will I be including pros and cons lists, as making one per addition would be quite tedious. Hope you understand. Enjoy!
Maps:
As their names imply, maps show a map on the surface they are placed on. They exist in two variations: the sea map shows the entirety of the sea the island lies in, and the island map shows a zoomed in version of the map, only showing the island and its direct surroundings.They can be placed both vertically, in all directions, as well as horizontally, facing upwards.
Here are some ideas for features maps could have:

Clan builds: Maps show a minimalistic version of the clan’s builds, on top of the already existing island.

Pins: Elite ranks and above gain the ability to place pins on the map. These are limited to 5 per map. Their goal is to both allow players to create defensive strategies for when their island is under threat of another clan, as well as artificially create points of interest. These can be created and removed by clicking on the desired point on the map while holding a claiming flag.
The max amount of maps able to be placed in a build ranges from 1 to 3 depending on the island, as follows (ranked by alphabetical order):

Training dummy:
Training dummies can be placed and act as an NPC. This means they can suffer from attacks and be inflicted by status effects, with both showing damage markers. However they:

Cannot be killed

Do not have a health bar

Cannot be moved or be dealt knockback to
Clans can only place up to 10 training dummies per island. They would allow for damage testing, and would be a good tool for decoration.

Clan shop stands:
Clan shop stands would function the same way as other stands, needing a castaway to be rescued to the island they’re placed in to first work when they’re placed. When interacted with, any clan player could do either one of these four actions

Give an item away which would be stored in the clan shop.

Post a request for an item, with the option for a reward to whoever can fulfill it

Take an item from the clan shop with a real life day-long cooldown

Fulfill a request, gaining the reward if there was one.
These would allow clans members to help eachother out, as well as find uses for nicher items.
Small / Thin / Regular Arena Grounds:
This terraforming option allows to place ground visually identical to the Munera Garden and Elysium arenas. It also functions almost exactly the same, with galleon and infamy losses being disabled. The main difference is that this property would be entirely disabled for 30 minutes every time a clan contests the claim held over the island, or if an island structure is damaged by another clan.
In addition to this, a change could be made to allow players from other clans and without one to set spawn in the small tent building if the clan who holds the claim over the island allows it.
