I think the community cares more about what we want and that’s how it works everywhere
exactly that’s my whole point so i don’t get why everybody is whining and wants the old class names spelled out in front of them like they’re 5 year olds learning to read
there is no issue being made up.
yes, people know what “power of the gods” means, but that is four words for something that is currently expressed in one.

Conjurer - Arcane Channeling
Savant - Absolute Proficiency
Some of these are awful, yes, but it’s just a draft

okay and who is forcing you to use the awakening names like the class names? keep doing it. everyone will keep doing it. the class names are now a community thing like the magevants or whatever idiotic names the community made up
btw the awakening names are awakening names not the build names bcuz build names do not exist anymore in game

I’m fine with class name changes as long as they make sense, don’t stray too far from what we have right now, and very importantly are not more than one word.
you guys are the ones overcomplicating it 
the names are gone. no one is calling the classes the awakening names because that’s not the point. the awakenings are not the new class names. the class names just flat out don’t exist. they’re not here anymore. the awakenings are separate things and no one is expecting you to start calling mages a “mage’s wisdom” or whatever. the change here makes the game simpler
tell me what a new player is going to call a paladin when the only thing they’re given is “power of the gods”.
think for literally any amount of time please.

And if he has no problems with them being called that, why change litteraly anything?
The class names aren’t at all descriptive and the awakening names do a better job at that 
I think this is true. I can’t really say anything
Although I personally think that yeah he needs to listen to the community but with this it’s really not that problematic and affects none of the gameplay.
It’s always going to be a bit of a balancing act between what Vet wants and what makes the game better.

the class names are everywhere. NOBODY is gonna call them that. also what about before awakenings when there’s nothing? exactly. new players will still call the builds by their og names. they’re just gone from the game because they suck and don’t exist in lore
and btw they won’t give a fuck and they’ll have nothing to get over unlike everybody else here because they will never see them in game and they’ll probably just use “spirit/magic build” or whatever
