Thomas the tank engine S tier along with toy story and cory in the house
Attack on Titan easy S (SSS tier depending on how season 4 is gonna be adapted) tier, It has had its messups in some of the seasons but the impact it had worldwide PLUS the god level story writing + The OST and alot more
I wont go too into depth because spoilers but trust me if you are only an anime watcher SEASON 4 IS GONNA FUCK YOU UP AND TURN YOU UPSIDE DOWN (in the good way) all im saying is
just remember this scene from the anime if anything

because you said no source material, if there wasnt that rule I would put One Punch Man probably A or A-
The story is witty and funny while still keeping its semi serious undertones in Saitama’s almost depressed character, not to even take account into Yusukue Murata’s some of the most detailed and mindblowing drawings

One punch man manga hits hard. Definitely A tier. Though you probably should have put the images in spoiler tags.
Suprised no one has mentioned death note (and if they already have i’m just blind)
A+ to S- tier, unique and engaging story that tackles the concept of what justice even is. It would’ve been S tier if it weren’t for neir and mellow though.

If I’d have to add anything to this list I’d include the following. Also I won’t go into reasons why because I tried that already and I was about to spend an hour writing this.
SS: Ghost Stories (english dub)
S: Vinland Saga, Death Note, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
A: Beastars, Attack on Titan (fight me), Konosuba, OPM, and Devilman Crybaby
B (aka a majority of anime I know): Saga of Tanya the Evil, MHA (fight me x2), The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., Assassination Classroom, My Bride is a Mermaid (if it is how I remember), Domestic Girlfriend, Black Lagoon, and Great Pretender (watch it)
C: Fairy Tail, The Helpful Fox Senko-san (senko is amazing but anime is eh), Berserk (1997, manga is god-tier)
D: Tokyo Ghoul
F: idk

How is Re:Zero not on there?
I never seen it. I’ve heard nice things about it, but haven’t seen it myself. Going off of what I know of it I’d probably give it a B or A. Most anime I watch tend to be B’s.
