Compiling all the effects of "MaGiC eNeRgY"

yo what

your singular blast isn’t on the same level as an entire curse cube, think of it like a weak magnet being compared to a strong magnet

ok so somehow durzas magic energy specifically only clashes with strong magic, because weak magic can clash with other weak magic, and with curses, but the magic energy in the ocean only clashes with curses???

vetex writing yayyy

i’m saying your weak magnet isn’t strong enough to be sufficiently repelled by an ambient source of magic energy while a strong magnet like a curse is

your blast also has a certain velocity that propels it through the water, curses usually don’t

different peoples magic energies are different ig, which isnt that bad because it explains why 2 people with the same magic can hurt each other

every other inconsistency makes no sense tho

the giant seemingly endless magically supercharged storm surrounding the warseas:

think of it like dna or blood types but with infinitely many

each person’s magic energy has its own unique code, and so does the magic energy of curses, but a curse’s code doesn’t change to match the person’s, so they can’t use their own magics

so what if say, Theos fired a blast of magic into the ocean

would that be repelled?

the velocity and force would propel it through

…wouldn’t that just automatically kill the person who absorbed the curse because it’s a foreign magic energy literally entering your body

it’s like a blood transfusion with the donor’s type not being compatible the receiver, which is obviously a bad thing.

Theos decided to do a placed explosion instead

Theos isn’t a javelin/blast/beam/pulsar tryhard gamer god it’s over guys :pensive:

nah cause god shit or whatever, they probably knew a way to sort of weave it into a person without killing them, also probably helped that prometheus had hecate’s domain over magic

Well that just raises even more questions

an explosion still has velocity and force, just in 360 degrees radiating from a point

shockwave explosion on the surface of the ocean, it has no downward or upward velocity naturally.

well erm technically if you look closely you can see some parts of shockwave explosions going slightly upwards and downwards so therefore it actually has all velocities :nerd:

  1. it’s almost impossible to make something completely 2d, it would still exert some force a short distance vertically
  2. if it’s on the surface it won’t encounter much resistance anyway

Sock when I reveal to them my gyatt-remover-inator 4000

alright

we know for a fact the spells in game aren’t the only ones that are canon, lets say Theos decides to place a sphere of his magic inside of the ocean, with 0 natural velocity relative to said ocean. does the sphere move or not
