Oh my god,
There is now a genuine reason to run swimming speed gems besides meme builds.
You get more deckhand levels the stronger the ship you sink
first you stopped me from unchecking the boxes and now this
fck man why do u have to be so mean

No more reason to grind renown unless you want the huge titles for it, which isn’t even worth it imo

Plenty more to this rework; a lot of cool ideas that will hopefully be in-game soon. I’ve always loved the idea of really diverse ship customization, glad to see it panning out.

Finally, people will stop hunting me for renown.
Theyll still continue to hunt me to ruin my day tho.
I wonder what loyalty means. Does that mean they’ll leave if I bring them into the dark sea at low loyalty/level or someone else could straight up buy them from me?

wait I got a question, is the deckhand revamp along the other changes past 1.14.8 apart of the Nimbus Sea Update or just a smaller update?

i’ve escaped multiple 2v1s or 3v1s on my warlord file because of my swimming speed. I have not been able to experience the darksea update very much so it is only +5% swim speed
