Just in general in terms of its combat potential/versatility and hybrid build combos.
For the worst weapon, I would prob say dagger, but I would be hated by those goofy poison tooth conjurers, so I choose flintlock.
Best weapon for me is undoubtly greataxe. Devastate crushes almost all projectiles, and Striking Gale has huge hitbox that can be paired with some attack speed to make it fly faster.
Worst magic? Smallest magic that won’t work underwater! Plasma ofc.
And best one is Water bc of its huge size, decent speed and +15% bleed synergy that isn’t cleared upon hit.
Worst fighting style is thermo. I don’t like speed-based things at all. And also it got hugely nerfed last update so barely usable.
And title of the best fs is claimed by basic combat. No introduction or explanation needed, it is perfect.

How can you say that when cannon fist exists? (No one uses it outside of m1 spam and grapeshot cheese)
I used cfist. It is great for savant second fs or for warlord imbuement. Even though the damage gets lowered, size of attacks goes nuts. You can walk without cfist imbue all the time, but if you are in battle against some agility mosquitos, you can activate the imbue and they will have nowhere to run. And also cfist mines literally anything mineable
If we talk purely about practibility:
Worst weapon is either flintlocks or maces. Maces have horrible endlag, weird attacks, while flintlocks are rendered useless since muskets exist, unless if ur American. Best weapon? Any sunken weapon. If ur not warrior then Kai Sabre ig.
Worst fs is imo boxing. Yes, it has a passive block, but apart from that the stats are mid. The size sucks, damage is meh, and the gloves look horrible. Best fs is tied between Sailor and ILeg. Sailor is a bit faster than ILeg, and has soaked. ILeg is just stupid damage.
Worst magic is debatable. Plasma is definely one of those. It’s damage is bad, it synergies with barely anything, its small and cant be used underwater. Wood is also very rare since it doesnt have anything special. Best magic imo is poison. Slap it on amy build and the DoT is extremely useful, espesially in PvP. If you have a Nasa PC, explosion is also great simply due to the raw damage and AoE.
All I know is they needa buff thermo

best weapon: katana or sunken staff. katana’s tp and flying slash are really versatile with solid damage aoe, speed and short cd. fury of the sea is just op

best magic: lightning, second fastest magic and coolest looking (not biased)
worst magic: ash 
. i have never seen someone with ash as their primary, only useful for petrifying

worst fighting style: cannon fist. whether it’s good or bad, it destroys your wallet just firing it for a few seconds
flintlock may be the worst weapon but it’s def the coolest, got me out here playing red dead in ao (I’m aware flintlocks aren’t revolvers but it’s close enough)

reset warrior to light mage and havent looked back shit is goated 
a nine banger is a flashbang that detonates nine times and multi hit snare/0.25s tick pulsar works in favor of the build in more ways than one 
best magic imo is crystal, it has very high damage, pretty okay size and decent speed considering the damage. It also just feels very nice to use and it works well in almost every magic based build

worst magic is ash. It’s pretty slow, it doesn’t do much damage, the status is only good with a catalyst. the only somewhat redeeming part is it’s size, but overall it’s just a worse version of explosion magic.
the best weapon depends on your stat build. If you have a high attack speed build, things like bows or muskets are better. If you have a size build, things like great swords and great axes are better.
best fighting style imo is basic combat, since it has high damage and average speed and size, while also not having to deal with a resource bar.
the worst fighting style is thermo fist. It’s just so annoying to keep having to keep up your heat in order to have a viable way to attack, and the bad size just makes landing attacks even more annoying. thermo just makes me feel like an angry fly
it costs four hundred thousand dollars to fire this weapon for twelve seconds
some men, they may outsmart me

cfist user here, yes i can confirm
rocks/boulders are 1-tap
i have no issues farming clearstones (~5-10 per minute depending on luck/spikey rock density, 3 tap on thickest ‘part’ to destroy it completely)
trees also 2-5 tap depending on which canonball i use + tree type
terrain? buildings? 5 heavy grapeshots, i guarantee you the best demolition out there
also i have no issue against ships (actually theres 1 thing, i need to aim at the bottom because otherwise the splash would hit the crew

Everyone saying plasma is the worst magic while Im out here using it on my conjurer trying to be darth vader 
the fact that you can quickly switch to it and deal like 200 damage nearly instantly is just so nice
I really don’t get why people hate it so much
(the skills kind of suck, but you have to sacrifice something)
