looks to me like he missed 5% of his shots or something
im pretty sure i hit every blast actually, its just that it took a moment to get close enough for the damage numbers to actually show up.
you missed at least one (at 23 seconds or so in, one blast flies over obolus)
i think it might just be an exception for the kenton quest
