yeah that swimming bug has existed since release, it used to happen alot when you swam in fountains (ravenna especially)
there was a specific way to force it to happen on the ravenna fountains before it was patched, i think it was t jump latch onto the fountain (specifically in one of the water bits) as you fell and then hold space
bug abuse is bannable
