The point is that they took skills from weapons after players had already made their builds, and gave no stat reset in return. Which not so much for warlords, but absolutely killed savants with big weapons
This is a hiccup in mochez’s long history of adding to AO and its a shame that he’s at the forefront. But either him or vetex should’ve given a stat reset to any current warlord and savant build
The proper analogy would be if Conj could put Rare Skills on Arcanium Weps and then they get robbed.
But since Warrior skills have been non-exclusive since Skill Notes got added (and thus it is no longer considered significant), a more interesting analogy would be if Conj could suddenly put Pulsar and Annihilation on Arcanium Weapons. And then they got robbed.
having strength weapons make it so warlords could get the same high tier skills as warriors with litterly no downside was dum, it doesnt make sense for hybrids to have everything a pure build does it defeats the point of pure builds

I don’t have an issue with custom magics, I just don’t know why the fuck he did that. Like if you want to test someone for offline macroing maybe don’t start with fucking murdering and lag spiking their PC. My PC can run Star Citizen.
