I like my body until the back pain kicks in

I sympathize with you. I once knocked a ceiling lamp down when I was stretching. Not that I’d wish I was shorter, but being tall is more difficult and annoying than most think it would be.

i think everyone to a certain extent wishes they were shredded or perfect underneath their shirts n whatnot but if ur in america where healthy food for the most part doesnt exist or is too expensive then i dont think anyone is going to judge you for not having a perfectly flat stomach. blame the govt  not urself

i wish i was a butterfly

then why is your pfp a catgirl

you got me

wish… granted… :smirk_cat:

because its hot as fuck in my room

Honestly, I’m not the healthiest I could be (working out IS my new years resolution, and I WILL achieve that by the end of this year. If not, a little healthier.), but I go by a philsophy that you should appreciate your body to the fullest, even if you don’t love it. You only get one, you know.

(Psalm 139:13-14 (NIV): “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”)

So love your body for what it can do, and be grateful for what you have :hugs:

Deadass can’t tell if this is trolling or not

i don’t necessarily like my body, but i wouldn’t want to not be myself, if that makes any sense at all

ngl we should start a game called “troll post or not” where we guess if the post is a troll

Correlation is not causation!!

Did you try to hit the gym yet? It would help with all three of these, and here’s a tip: diet and medical knowledge will also boost them.

If not, here are recommendations
  • Find a coach to teach you what movements you should perform, how, and why. It’s pricey and rarer than a regular coach, but it’s a good first step into the world of muscles.
  • Do calisthenics at home if you cannot afford a coach, however you have to spend time to learn of the correct positions of whichever exercise you want to do in order to not harm your body’s joints, veins, bones, or muscles.
  • At the very least, keep your body trained by going on at least one 10 to 20 kilometer walk per week all while respecting the values that your body must consume.
