Being honest here, wouldn’t cloud magic be better suited as a basic magic?

Nah we already have 3 water based magics, cloud should be lost
probably, but as a lost magic it would be interesting as a more calm parallel to storm magic, which currently doesn’t have a parallel i believe

use cloud magic beam to make a cloud and use green acid magic on it they call me the fart magician
Tbh I doubt cloud magic will ever be player obtainable, doesn’t really fit in with lost magics
i mean, if sound and mud were planned to be lost then i don’t see how cloud can’t

it just has to be made grand enough, a magic so close to the heavens could certainly be given a high enough opinion in lore
