Well no, the cutscene islands are absolutely not coming in Empires, maybe like, two or three of them, then two or three in full release.
just sayin, out of the SEVEN new islands, I think it would make sense that these would be some of em
plus even if they are added, doesn’t mean they are getting all their story parts / cutscenes done, could be just adding them for players to explore until the story continues to those islands
How are “7 total ready to be added”? We have Makrinaos and Shieldguard, other than that none of them have been noted to be placed in game.

Oh okay, so we’ll assume that Shieldguard and Makrinaos are the exception because they are ready. This means the other 7 are fully modelled, Vetex is just lacking.
He is NOT lacking, vetex has been churning out peak after peak.

vetex might be working on the (insert rank here)'s lost magic and whatever else they use
I bet the reason vetex gives bosses lost magics but not us is because it lets him get more fancy stuff
Also if vetex makes the lost magics slowly overtime it will be easier to implement a way for players to get them because he doesn’t have to do a million new effects
