Might be the first magic lost spell I skip. Array sounds kinda mid
the main problem ss that in pvp you always moving, while in pve it might be usful as NPC tend to first close up by just walking
unfortunately, you can’t claim blasted rock 
so you’ll just have to spend 100k turning cassia bay into an island instead
Lime, Harvest and Shale islands will probably be good fit for small arenas

you have to leave a small part of the whirlpool uncovered so you can trap people in it

Harvest island arena would be so cool, you could make the platform on top of the center island, remove the bridges and it would be a really cool arena. If you were to fall off, you would go into the water and I feel it would make some interesting and high intensity battle.
soaring eagle is a leap skill but for dual bladed weapons
