I have a plausible theory. First, let’s go on a tangent about Presifir’s statements.
By looking at the 24 previous questions, we can see all of them were answerable in-game, so we can discard external sources like lore document, trello or forums.
The note seems to be a map, but it’s not, it’s simply pointing to something. Even if you find the location of the note, Presifir assumes they’ll get a treasure, but it may as well something trivial. “The treasure is yours” implicates it’s something we could already have. Now, the note leads to Pandora’s Box, an artifact that when opened has a large negative effect but also a glimmer of hope. Some people have replied plausible answers such as “magic”, but it’s not correct. So what do we do now?
The answer is not a concrete, few words term like “magic”, “Makrinaos’s Catacombs and Ritual Chambers” or “Mount Othrys”, as it’s a puzzle, we have to deconstruct the case from its very foundation, like a detective.
Now, some people have offered statements like “breaded butter” is playing with us, so I will undergo that path.
Exploring Breaded_Butter’s previous posts (including other Galleon Questions) and behaviour we can see they are very fond of something, CATGIRLS. How about the question is personal, yet still related to Arcane Odyssey?
Let’s look at the map itself, the grey lines could be claw markings, whereas the blood could be the remains of a prey like mice, the circle doesn’t give me any clues but at best I’ll assume it’s a food bowl.

Those seem like wild guesses, but now let’s proceed to the logical part, To Pandora’s Box. We are assuming the method to answer the question is related to cats. Do you know what LEADS AND IS on a Pandora’s Box? That’s right, Schrödinger’s Cat, who was placed inside a box. It is a Pandora’s Box in the sense that opening it will either reveal a disgrace (cat is dead), but also a glimmer of hope (cat is alive).
Breaded_Butter doesn’t just like cats, but Catgirls, you know what they have? Cat Ears and Cat Tails, which are yet another seasonal vanity item (something trivial). Or at least a Cat Girl, who not only has both, but also the capacity to kill, explaining the possible claw patterns and blood.
Cat Ears and Cat Tails (or by giving them to your female AO character, you have a Cat Girl), which Presifir has created a myriad of posts crying about their abscence on the game, until the Halloween event started, which, funnily enough, even though I read the forums a lot, haven’t seen them jumping in joy at the addition of these items other than increasing the prize money of questions. Very suspicious, don’tcha think?

According to what Breaded Butter has said before alongside this, a single answer won’t suffice, but a complete post explaining your reasoning will do. I have mentioned all in-game terms possible (except Cat Crew, which is not implemented yet and is trello-exclusive, and cat girl, which is not mentioned once on this game lol)
On this very topic (not post, mind ya), Bread Butter has stated that they won’t involve themselves with the discussion of the answer, but what if they have DROPPED THE ANSWER on the topic instead of the post? Almost every simple reply by them has a cat girl like Okayu on it (including Fubuki for some reason, who, being a foxgirl, removes the cat from the equation but maintains the ears and tail), which reinforces this theory.
Sometimes you need to think outside the Box.
