Origin

A flower that had a history of being passed around by children as a test of their friendliness and aggressiveness, to test their emotions with the attachment of this flower. However the flower had effects and shared souls of the children. One of those children went into an accident and died, however all those other children lost their lives randomly and just fell flat as they shared the “Lotus Flower”, one for many.

This would probably explain O-01-55’s attachment towards this flower and being able to take it away from employees, as if it’s protecting their grim future.
